1. 3. After applying your serum, take some cream and apply with the fingers to the chin, cheeks, forehead, and nose, taking care to smooth the skin outwards from the middle of the face.
4. After application: Clench your fists and place them on your cheeks. Pressing firmly, work upwards with a rotational movement while breathing out forcibly. Repeat on the jawline, forehead, neck and finally the décolleté in time with the out-breath.
