She has more than 12 years of experience in delivering successful solutions to businesses and is a persuasive negotiator who applies integrity and professionalism in presenting joint ventures, evaluating acquisition opportunities and identifying new markets.
An innovative thinker, she identifies more efficient ways to increase corporate wealth. Nives Gadoni is responsible for day-to-day business operations and sales. She speaks German, English and has knowledge of Italian.

SHANE JAMES GLOBE
CEO Shane James Globe is a seasoned professional with more than 10 years of experience in sales, management, project management, logistics and marketing. Originally from London, England, he lived in Barcelona, Spain where he worked in sales and management for various projects and organised shipping logistics for all projects internationally. Shane is a dynamic professional with solid knowledge and experience in customer management, supply chain, sales and distribution in an international B2B and B2C environment.
He has trained in copywriting, marketing and social media and specialises in the skincare industry. As head of strategic direction for the company, his goal is to take Complice to the top. Shane speaks English and has a network across Europe.
