WHO QUALIFIES AS A WHOLESALER
To be considered, potential wholesalers must submit a Complice Skin Firm Wholesale Application.

APPLICATION REVIEW
Applications are reviewed and upon approval, wholesale pricing will be provided to the wholesaler. This process usually takes about 3-5 business days.

ORDER PROCESS:
A customer account will be created for you upon approval.
To place a wholesale order please send us your order request to info@compliceskin.com
An order will be created and emailed to you to complete your purchase, or if we have any questions.

PRODUCT MERCHANDISING & REPRESENTATION
Only approved store displays and images are to be employed, to preserve the integrity of the Complice Skin brand. We ask that any new displays or images be submitted for our records. Wholesalers are expected to comply with regular audits that include photos of store displays and screenshots of any online representation of the Complice Skin brand.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All products are freshly made to order. As a result, please allow us time for your order to be processed. Turnaround time will also vary depending on order size. Please make sure to plan properly and place your wholesale orders as soon as possible.

PRIVATE OR WHITE LABELLING
The Complice Skin product labels must not be altered or obscured. If so, the wholesale status will be revoked and we will pursue legal action at the wholesaler’s expense.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
The Complice products may be sold in approved stores, spas, or via online retailers with their own storefronts (websites) or social media accounts.

MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE
Products or goods purchased under wholesale accounts shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
In the event the products or goods are offered for sale at a discount, the wholesale buyer shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount must be requested in writing to info@compliceskin.com.

WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) All authorized retailers will receive 50% off our retail price for skincare products, shipping not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

OPENING ORDERS
Currently, a minimum order of 100 Units/Product is required on opening orders. Re-orders are to be discussed.
All wholesale orders will be billed in full at the time of order placement and will include shipping costs. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Your order will start processing as soon as your payment is fully received.

ORDER CHANGES
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to info@compliceskin.com within 48 hours.

Order Fulfillment: Our products are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. We take pride in creating the products at the time of order to ensure you receive a high-quality and fresh product that your customers expect from a luxury product. This allows us time to get any needed supplies and time to create your products. That is why our team does not keep massive amounts of stock or supplies on hand. Delivery will be disclosed after the order is requested.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact info@compliceskin.com within 5 working days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. If your case is deemed defective, returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after being received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

TERM AGREEMENT:
By placing an order with Complice Skin, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree with our company’s terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion and should such changes occur all approved retailers will be notified of such changes.
