Thank you for your interest in distributing Complice products. Who qualifies as a wholesaler? To be considered, prospective wholesalers must submit a Complice wholesale application form. Review of the application Applications are reviewed, and once approved the wholesaler is informed of the wholesale prices. This usually takes about 3–5 working days. Ordering process Once approved, a customer account is set up for you. To place a wholesale order, please send your order request to info@compliceskin.com. An order is created and sent to you by e-mail so that you can complete your purchase, or in case we have questions. Product marketing and representation Only approved store displays and images may be used, in order to protect the integrity of the Complice brand. We ask that all new displays or images be submitted to us for our records. Wholesalers are expected to undergo regular reviews, including photos of store displays and screenshots of all online presentations of the Complice brand. Order processing time All products are freshly made to order. Please allow us some time to process your order. Lead times also depend on the size of the order. Please plan ahead and place your wholesale orders as early as possible. PRIVATE OR WHITE LABELLING Complice product labels may not be altered or obscured. Otherwise, wholesale status will be withdrawn and we will take legal action at the wholesaler’s expense. Fraudulent activity Complice products may be sold in approved stores, spas or by online retailers with their own websites or social media accounts. Manufacturer’s suggested retail price Products or goods purchased under wholesale accounts may only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). If products or goods are offered at a discount, the wholesale buyer may not offer them at more than 20% below the MSRP. Permission for special sales events exceeding a 20% discount must be requested in writing at info@compliceskin.com. Wholesale prices All prices are in CHF (Swiss francs). All authorised retailers receive an agreed percentage off our retail price for skincare products, shipping not included. Prices may change without prior notice. Opening orders A minimum order of 50 units per product is currently required for first orders. Reorders are to be discussed. For special requests, please e-mail us at: info@compliceskin.com. All wholesale orders are invoiced in full at the time of ordering and include shipping costs. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Your order is processed as soon as your payment has been received in full. Order changes All changes or cancellations of orders must be sent by e-mail to info@compliceskin.com within 48 hours. Order fulfilment Our products are made in small batches to guarantee quality and freshness. We are proud to make the products at the time of ordering, so that you receive a high-quality, fresh product that your customers expect from a luxury product. This gives us time to source all required materials and make your products. For this reason, our team does not keep large quantities of stock. Delivery will be confirmed after ordering. Damage or defects Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Please contact info@compliceskin.com within 5 working days of receiving a damaged or defective shipment. If your shipment is deemed defective, the returned goods will be replaced with new goods. Returned goods will not be accepted if held for more than 10 days after receipt. Returns and exchanges Wholesale goods cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective goods. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Term agreement By placing an order with Complice, you confirm that you have fully understood and agree to our company’s terms and conditions. These terms may be changed at our discretion; should such changes occur, all approved retailers will be informed. Further information These terms and conditions may be changed or updated at any time.
